HIGHER QUALITY

Why Choose Us

Diamond Quality

Good sealing performance

Silicone gaskets are used, offering excellent chemical stability, rapid recyclability, and superior sealing performance; under a 1-hour water-drip test, no leakage was observed.

Healthy and environmentally friendly

Not easy to clog

Specialized high-precision equipment with dimensional tolerances tightly controlled within 2–3 microns ensures smooth water flow at 35 liters per minute without clogging.

Scientific Design

Good security

The copper material features a high copper content and low lead content, meeting stringent safety and environmental standards. It has been tested to withstand a torque of ≥ 120 Nm, ensuring no damage during use, excellent quality, and superior safety.

Customized on demand

Long service life

The core undergoes a bounce-life test, with a service life of up to 8 trillion cycles; copper components have a service life of more than 8 years.

Customized on demand

High corrosion resistance

Mirror-electroplated anti-corrosion process with a relatively thick plating layer: chromium thickness exceeds 0.15–0.2 µm, and nickel thickness meets or exceeds the standard of 3 µm, providing both high gloss and excellent corrosion resistance.

Customized on demand

Diverse appearances

The appearance is free of burrs, and custom color options can meet the requirements of dozens of finishing processes, including brushed and baked-paint finishes. Customization to U.S. and European standards is also supported.

How to determine whether a floor drain is made of 201 or 304 stainless steel?

# Quickly Determining Whether a Floor Drain Is Made of 201 or 304 Stainless Steel (Simple and Practical) 1. **Check the Price and Appearance** - 304 floor drains are significantly more expensive, with a soft, even, and uniform sheen; 201 drains tend to look duller and cooler white, and some have rougher workmanship. Genuine 304 products usually feature a laser-etched “304” marking, whereas 201 drains rarely have such markings—or the markings may be fake. 2. **Test with a Magnet (For a Preliminary Assessment)** - Authentic 304 stainless steel is essentially non-magnetic or only slightly magnetic; a magnet will not stick. In contrast, 201 stainless steel is strongly magnetic, and a magnet will adhere noticeably. However, this method provides only a rough distinction and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. 3. **Use Stainless Steel Testing Solution (The Most Accurate Method—Recommended for Home Use)** - Purchase a stainless steel testing solution online and apply a few drops to the surface of the floor drain: - For 304: No color change or only a slight discoloration. - For 201: Rapidly turns deep reddish-brown or black. - Results are available in just a few tens of seconds, making this the most reliable home-testing method. 4. **Observe Rust Resistance** - After prolonged use in the humid environment of a bathroom: - 304 remains rust-free and shows no yellow staining. - 201 quickly develops rust spots, yellow stains, and blackening. 5. **Compare Scratch Marks** - 304 has excellent ductility, leaving fine, smooth scratches; 201 is harder and more brittle, resulting in obvious white scratches that are prone to oxidation and discoloration over time. For the most reliable results, simply use a stainless steel testing solution—it costs only a few yuan and can accurately tell you which type you’re dealing with.

How to install a sink drain pipe

Many homeowners who have lived in their renovated homes for several years can relate: over time, grime tends to build up on the sink basin, causing water to back up and fail to drain. In fact, this is often due to inadequate cleaning of the sink. This highlights an important point: when purchasing a sink drain, it’s essential to choose one that is easy to clean and to follow the installation instructions and procedures precisely. Otherwise, water may easily overflow into the sink. So how do you install a countertop sink drain? The following example illustrates the installation of a pop-up drain with an overflow hole; the steps for installing other types of drains are similar.

Why do some floor drains smell back?

Some floor drains can cause odor backflow, primarily because the sewer odors are not effectively sealed off and instead enter the room directly. The most common scenarios include the following. First, the odor-proof mechanism fails. With deep-water-seal floor drains that are left unused for long periods, the water in the trap evaporates and dries up, losing its sealing function and allowing odors to rise straight into the room. In magnetic or gravity-activated self-sealing floor drains, the sealing gasket may age and deform, preventing a tight seal and creating gaps through which odors escape. Second, blockages can compromise the seal. Hair, dirt, and sediment accumulate inside the drain core; not only do they decompose and emit foul odors, but they can also jam the sealing flap, preventing it from closing properly and allowing odors to continuously seep out through the gaps. Third, there may be design flaws in the product itself. Many low-cost floor drains have a water seal depth of less than 5 centimeters, resulting in poor sealing performance; some even lack any odor-proof mechanism at all and are direct-drain types, offering no barrier to unpleasant smells. In addition, installation and plumbing issues can also lead to odor backflow. If the sealant is not applied properly during installation, gaps may remain between the pipe and the floor drain; if the drainpipe lacks a water trap, or if pipes in the same unit are interconnected, odors from other areas can also escape through the floor drain. Finally, the operating environment plays a role as well. In bathrooms that are consistently damp and poorly ventilated, odors tend to build up inside the pipes; and in dry-area floor drains that remain without water for extended periods, the water seal dries out quickly, again leading to frequent odor problems. To prevent floor drain odor backflow, prioritize choosing deep-water-seal or self-sealing odor-proof floor drains, clean out debris regularly, and occasionally add water when the drain is not in use for long periods—these measures can significantly reduce odor issues.
